Opposite this building is a two terraced small garden, again containing established fruit trees. To the front of the house, across the driveway is a plot of flat land where a car or caravan can be parked with ample space for a beautiful garden, seating area and even a swimming pool could be installed (subject to planning consent).   The view from this plot is simply stunning, across the hills and forests to the mountains.    Please note, there are a further 3 plots of fertile land bordered by a small stream that never runs dry, with many trees (olive, cherry, orange, mandarin, chestnut, pear, apple, medronho , just over 5000m2 located approximately 200m from the house, which can be included subject to negotiation.
